El pasado lunes Aniol Brosa me invitó a dar una charla a estudiantes de international business en la UPF. Siempre es bonito volver a tu universidad para contar tu experiencia. Aquí os dejo algunos de los puntos que salieron durante la sesión como importantes en un proceso de convertirse en emprendedor:
•Having a clear mind of what is the purpose of your start up. Which is your personal goal to achieve.
•Having an idea and an execution plan.
•Having the best co-founding team
•Having a lot of energy. Be ready for the best and the worse scenario
•Be Focus, patient, never give up.
•Normally, you are on your own for the big decisions.
•Read a lot: lean start up and others.
•Go to the market as soon as possible. Don’t do a 1 year business plan.
•Pivoting the model when it is necessary.
•At the beginning: you are your own bank, after find investment: FFF
•Get revenues and find engine of growth.
•Burn the minimum that you need.
•Expand your message
•Trying to have the whole team motivated: office team, partners, stake holders…
